Optics and Resolution
The 4-megapixel CCD sensor captures razor-sharp images of up to 2,304 by 1,712 pixels, creating prints with sizes of up to 20 by 30 inches. You won't miss any of the action with the 3x optical zoom and, when combined with the 3.2x digital zoom for a total magnification of 9.6x, the QV-R4 will capture that subtle moment. Focusing can be set to automatic for ease of use, manual for more precise control, and infinity or macro for more specific needs.

Storage and Transfer
Images are stored on 11 MB of internal memory, which stores about 23 images with settings at normal resolution. If you want more memory, the expansion slot is compatible with any MMC or SD memory card. You can quickly and easily transfer your files onto a PC or Mac using the USB port for computer editing and sharing with friends and family.

Movie Mode
In addition to taking still photos, the QV-R4 can also record movie clips of up to 30 seconds at a resolution of 320 by 240 pixels.

There are also several different shooting modes, including interval, continuous, and night scene.
